Refund and Returns Policy

Ed3ncards does not offer refunds for a change of mind.

All returns & refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Ed3ncards will only issue refunds or exchanges for defective, damaged, or if the incorrect item was received. A minor packaging flaw that doesn’t affect the item itself is not considered a defect or damage and is not subject to a refund or exchange.

The Ed3ncards team will then review your request and will notify you of the outcome within 48 hours. If a refund or exchange has been approved, we will provide you with a postage label for you to send the item back to us via [Postal Service].

Upon receiving your returned product, a final review will be conducted, and we will provide you with the option of exchange or refund once approved.

In the event of an Exchange, we will provide you with a coupon code with the same dollar value of the returned item except postage fee.

All refunds will be done in the same manner and currency (exchange rate will be at the time of refund, Ed3ncards is not liable for any variation in the amount refunded due to exchange rates.) as you have paid.

This encryption scrambles details including credit card numbers, billing details, and delivery addresses to ensure other computers are unable to decipher the information.

To ensure you are accessing a secure server, look for the unbroken key or closed lock symbol located in the address bar of your browser window. If it appears, SSL is active. You can also double-check by analyzing the URL – if SSL is active, the first characters of the URL will read ‘https’ rather than ‘http.’

It is also important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and your computer. Ensure you sign out when you have finished visiting our website, especially if you have accessed our website from a shared computer.
